Sellers Code of Conduct and Terms and Conditions

All sellers are expected to adhere to the following policies when listing products on Inndi. Seller offences and prohibited content can result in suspension of your Inndi account. We intend that inndi offers a happy and positive platform where sellers, buyers, social enterprises, charities, businesses and individuals can work together to build better communities. We expect each seller to understand the importance we hold this to and keep this a safe and happy platform.

Selling Fees

Inndi offers a simple solution to website selling – We will be offering three levels of fees

Basic – Free to all – 5% commission on sale - no upfront fees

Silver  – Information available as inndi grows offering extra benefits

Gold  – Information available as inndi grows offering extra benefits

inndi reserves the right the change commission rates without notice.

Payments

inndi will pay all sales income to each seller on the last working day of each month, if not before. Each amount will be minus inndi selling fees 

Seller code of conduct

Inndi enables you to reach many customer s. We strive to ensure a fair and trustworthy buyer and seller experience. At Inndi, we expect you to adhere to the code of conduct principles that are outlined below. Violation of the code of conduct principles can result in the loss of your selling privileges and removal from Inndi Marketplace. As a community, all sellers are able to access and use the Inndi selling website. If a seller uploads excessive amounts of data repeatedly, or otherwise uses the website in an excessive or unreasonable way, it can create a disproportional load on the website and impair the ability of other sellers to easily access and use the website. If a seller is misusing or making excessive or unreasonable use of the Inndi selling website, Inndi may, at its sole discretion, restrict or block access to product feeds or any other website functions that are being misused, until the seller stops the misuse.

Delivery

It is the responsibility of the seller to set shipping prices and durations. It is important to state how long an item is going to take to ship, state this in the shipping details. Shipping complaints and poor serviced will result to sellers account termination without warning.

Please note, if you do not set selling rates, inndi standard rates will apply.

Sellers will agree to adhear to all inndi policies and practices 

Seller Code of Conduct Principles:

Adhere to all applicable laws and abide by all Inndi policies.

Maintain current account information.

Never misrepresent yourself, be honest and trustworthy.

Always act in a manner that ensures a trustworthy experience for Inndi customers.

Never list products that might cause harm to Inndi customers.

Never engage in any misleading, inappropriate or offensive behaviour. This applies to all your activities, including but not limited to:

Information provided on your account

Information provided in listings, content or images

Communication between you and Inndi, or you and our customers

Act fairly at all times. Unfair behaviour includes, but is not limited to the following:

Behaviour that could be deemed as manipulation or "gaming" of any part of the buying or selling experience

Actions that could be perceived as manipulating customer reviews, including by directly or indirectly contributing false, misleading or inauthentic content

Activities that could be perceived as attempting to manipulate Inndi's search results or sales rankings

Actions that intentionally damage another seller, their listings or their ratings

Category, Product and Content Restrictions

Customers trust that they can always buy with confidence on Inndi. As a seller on the Inndi website, it is your responsibility to make sure that both you and your products comply with all applicable laws and Inndi policies. As a seller you represent the inndi brand, inndi reserves the right to do all it needs to do to protect the inndi name.

You should carefully review the "Examples of Permitted and Prohibited Listings by Category" and the “Restrictions Affecting All Items” as below, sections are shown below before listing a product on Inndi.

The links provided are for information purposes only and Inndi does not warrant the accuracy of any information provided in these links. We encourage you to consult with your legal advisor if you have questions about the laws and regulations concerning your products. Remember that even when a product is not prohibited, it must always comply with applicable laws. Also, you should regularly review Inndi policies as these may change from time to time and we may restrict or prohibit products that are allowed by law.

Hazardous, restricted, or regulated materials

Items encouraging illegal activity

Lock-picking devices

Mailing lists and personal information

Medicine and healthcare products policy

Offensive material

Police-related items

Prescription drugs

Prohibited services

Stolen property

For some product categories, sellers may not be able to create product listings without prior approval from Inndi. See the Requesting approval to sell in restricted categories Help page for more information.

Inndi reserves the right to make judgments in its sole discretion about whether or not a listing is appropriate. If we determine that the content of a product detail page or listing is prohibited, potentially illegal, or inappropriate, we may remove or alter it without prior notice.

Illegal content or products

Any content that comes to the attention of inndi that is illegal, offensive or abusive, including stolen goods or counterfeit material but not limited to these areas, will be taken down form inndi without warning with accounts terminated. inndi will report such accounts to the authorities to take action where appropriate. 

Listings by Category restricting:

No seller is permitted to place products in any inndi Own branded category, if found we will delete the item without warning. Any repeat offending will result in account termination without warning or notice.

Reporting

Inndi encourages sellers to report listings that violate Inndi's policies or applicable law by using our Contact Us form. Please include all relevant information so that we can thoroughly investigate the case.

Product detail page rules

Add a Product lets you create product detail pages for products that are not currently available in the Inndi catalogue. Sellers with a Professional selling plan can also create product detail pages by uploading inventory files or sending XML file feeds.

When you create product detail pages on Inndi, you agree to the following rules and restrictions:

Detail pages may not feature or contain Prohibited Content or Restricted Products.

The inclusion of any of the following information in detail page titles, descriptions, bullet points or images is prohibited:

Pornographic, obscene or offensive content.

Phone numbers, physical postal addresses, email addresses or website URLs.

Availability, price, condition, alternative ordering information (such as links to other websites for placing orders) or alternative delivery offers (such as free delivery).

Spoilers regarding Books, Music, Videos and DVDs (BMVD) listings (information that reveals plot elements crucial to the suspense, mystery or surprise ending of a story).

Reviews, quotes or testimonials.

Solicitations for positive customer reviews.

Advertisements, promotional material or watermarks on images, photos or videos.

Time-sensitive information (for example, dates of promotional tours, seminars, lectures and so on).

When creating a listing or when matching a listing to an existing listing, sellers must follow Inndi listing standards for any product sold on Inndi.

All products must be appropriately and accurately classified to the most specific locations available. Incorrectly classifying products is prohibited.

Product titles, product descriptions, and bullet points must be clearly written and should assist the customer in understanding the product. These attributes should comply with the category-specific style guide recommendations.

All product images must meet Inndi general image standards as well as any applicable category-specific image guidelines.

Using page-creation tools for any purpose other than creating product details pages is prohibited.

The use of false product identification information – including UPC codes or publication dates – on product detail pages is prohibited.
